Hi.. my pixel 2xl cannot charge using original charger and no sound coming out from speakers. What is the problem? How much to repair and delivery from and to Sarawak? Appreciate your help.

It can charge using OEM charger but not using original pixel 2xl charger. The phone always hang when opening apps and mentioned the apps is not responding. Sometimes it restart itself. Is it hardware or software problem? Already reset the phone but still problem occurs. May i know your contact number please. How to send my phone and the payment.
