1. Used LCD very very jarang to get, coz most people crack their LCD.
2. Motherboard too many already in market, coz most people sell off instead of changing LCD.
Maybe can try ask in lowyat.net > Android > Z Ultra topic. Maybe some off them got a busted board.

Tough luck bro, I don't even think Nokia Malaysia can even change for you.
Only way is go Nokia HQ KL, ask them send to Finland.
