anyone know much about the g501jw? worth buying? 4.1k. i play mainly fps. gtx960m enough for battlefield?

i got a spare 256gb ssd from an old laptop. bought a new asus g series. is it easy to open it up and replace the hard drive and install windows? will it void warranty?
