payment 10% done end march with signed SPA.
Until now still not received the developer stamped SPA. Developer may be not even sign yet. Anyone bought this got theirs? What is the max developer could delayed? As long as we dont get back our stamped SPA, the timeframe of more than 50months completion date from SPA still not in effect!! |
