Started reading the mango. Surprising how very similar it is, except for Soma's hair lol

well, for a 24 episode i think its fair to have a new Op & Ed. Just that the previous one did so well its hard to live up to it

on the other note, the manga soma kept changing style? he seemed different form a few chapter to others

I like the ed scenes, it is just that the singing is.. How do you say it?? Out of place?? Out of tune?? The first one was and still quite enjoyable.

Cant say much about the op as i usually skip it. But i think the first one was better though.

When can we expect the 2nd season? Will there be one?

Depending on the sales. for a 24 ep series to get another season is not easy, but seeing how SAO managed to do so i have high hopes for this. even it does it will be a while since manga content is no where enough yet.

as far as I know most anime adapted from Weekly Shounen Jump manga get 50 episodes minimum

maybe will take break for a while to make sure dont catch up with ongoing manga

That better be so cause I hate watching filter episodes in a cooking anime, UNLESS they manage to make it a decent one, which I really doubt will happen. I just plain hate it when a good anime get destroyed by its own filters.
