Haha... I don't even know where is Kiara Plaza. Haven't gone to Semenyih for quite some time.

Hopefully the brand won't deteriorate and eventually be like Saville's.

i recently went around Kajang. At Jalan Bukit, right next to KTM/MRT there is a new project going on. I think that might be this one, is it? Anyway, opposite the Old Petronas on the otherside of the railway road, there is another project going on also. Which one is that?

Soft launched last Friday. It's about Rm550 psf and the smallest unit is 960 sf. As compared to the soft launch of phase 1, the response for phase 2 is way slower. I think only 10+ units were booked (excluding ~4-6 floors reserved for landowners).

yes according to the SA only one car park .. if not mistaken is about 42 floor in total .. cant remember the pricing already .. currently only units in 9th floor to 19 floor are available ..

ultimately down to luck one... i think no developer in msia able to VP a product with all the units minimal to no defects... MKH also part of it... just make sure during defect period, they repaired all well will do...

Just dropby their sales office.. Seem like the units still quite alot. According to the sales personnel, they open up since some units can't get loan. They offered me 1 unit at highest level 42th floor for RM250k.. Anyone hv experience for top unit for high rise? Easy to rent out or not? Heat level?

Have booked a 3 rooms unit before it was launched and immediately cancelled my booking after I got to know that there's an upcoming prima project opposite Boulevard 2 by the same developer. I see the layout almost the same. What for paying almost doubled the price.

Although Nexus block C is nearer to MRT, but it is more further to the shop lot area (Waking distance around 20 mins). If MKH boulevard 2 is located at middle of MRT & shop lot area, also in front of college which I feel more practical for investment

I heard that 7-11 and speedmart will also be tenants. My unit doesn't seem to have any major defects but the ventilation is not good even with the main door and windows open. For safety reason, windows can only open less than half way. Also really hate the poor quality bedroom doors
