i recently went around Kajang. At Jalan Bukit, right next to KTM/MRT there is a new project going on. I think that might be this one, is it? Anyway, opposite the Old Petronas on the otherside of the railway road, there is another project going on also. Which one is that?

Soft launched last Friday. It's about Rm550 psf and the smallest unit is 960 sf. As compared to the soft launch of phase 1, the response for phase 2 is way slower. I think only 10+ units were booked (excluding ~4-6 floors reserved for landowners).

yes according to the SA only one car park .. if not mistaken is about 42 floor in total .. cant remember the pricing already .. currently only units in 9th floor to 19 floor are available ..

Been there last week, met one SA name Jerry. 3 rooms fully booked, 2 rooms unit still have some unit but mostly around level 38/39 above.
1 room type got more option but all those unit under LPHS scheme as told by the her, which we need to fork out 10% downpayment.
Unit priced at 250k, and got some T&C. Seems like good deal if able to pay the downpayment

They offered me 1 unit at highest level 42th floor for RM250k.. Anyone hv experience for top unit for high rise? Easy to rent out or not? Heat level?

To add on, for RM250k special unit.. No rebate at all. Need to pay 10% downpayment, All agreement cost bear by buyer. For me, I need to pay 30%.

Have booked a 3 rooms unit before it was launched and immediately cancelled my booking after I got to know that there's an upcoming prima project opposite Boulevard 2 by the same developer. I see the layout almost the same. What for paying almost doubled the price.
