Can a film camera be teared down bcoz i wan to clean the dirt inside , it's old Canon model ,survived the flood , 10 years ago .

You could look for Mr Wong in Petaling Street his contact 016 919 3737. I just send my film camera for him to service. I just got my my film camera another life. hehe. Not bad service though.
