i think this positivity stems from being immune to enduring that mid/end season panic/meltdown that always seem to happen at arsenal every season for the past 9 seasons but knowing how resilient arsene and the team can be, they will always somehow show up towards the end of the season. however I'm glad this happened sooner than later (as we have the chance to actually rectify it during the Jan transfer window and all our first team players are expected to come back from injury).

I'm very sure that there's a counter argument to this but i somehow feel that arsenal have overachieved so far, with a majority of our players (who played the last few matches) are still developing and very young (apart from mert who is completely clueless without his usual partner kosc, cazorla who is totally off-form which then leads to his lack of confidence, monreal who is played out of position and flamini who seems to have lost his touch due to his age). i hate to say this but arsenal (collectively) is doing quite will punching above their weight with so many of our established players out due to injuries.

needless to say, I still agree with the majority that it's time for wenger to go. I don't mind waiting for the next 2 years trophy less because I'll forever be a gooner but wenger has to go (even if he's done fairly well towards the last two seasons of his tenure). it's time for a change. by then we'd already have a beast of a lineup with jack,ramsey,sanchez,chambers,chambo,gibbs reaching their peak and a few world class additions.

- As usual MU will be extra motivated against Arsenal
- Rooney is on form. The scoring curse will continue
- LVG is a better tactician than AW
- Arsenal morale is deep down now
