recently went to my colleague sister Unexpected 1st day hair salon opening, never expect the services very lousy & disappointed.
is located in the housing area shop lot.

let me shared you all my experience over there.

went for 1st day hair salon opening FOC hair wash only. just a normal hair wash only, never expect the services very lousy & disappointed.
no plastic sheet cover 1st before putting towel over my shoulder, when shampoo that time, dripping over my face & my T-shirt, just a few
minutes only shampoo, time to rinse off the shampoo, no towel cover my body, water was splash over my face & T-shirt again, not wipe dry
enough, when stand up N walk back to my chair, towel suddenly loose, water dripping all over my face again & I long hair also, never
expected she use back the same towel to wipe dry my hair as a cover over my shoulder, damn wet too, then ask me to sit at the sofa, wait
for awhile, will come back to me shortly, she go N wash another customer hair, I go N take another towel at the trolley, all not dry enough,
just take 1 N cover my long wet hair. I think I wait around 1/2 hour before another staff come N ask me to cover over to blow dry my hair,
I told her no need as my hair almost dry already, lady boss came over, ask me, everything OK, say thank you for FOC hair wash too, then
walk out, in my heart, I will never come back to this hair salon again, even got % or promotion.

what you all think, 1st day hair salon opening ?

What u expected from FIRST day?

I not expecting something special but proper FOC hair wash, that's all.

You should be complaining to the owner of the hair salon, not here. Unless you are going to disclose the name of this new hair salon.

Usually if my friend invite me, but end up not like what i expected, i will most probably tegur my friend or complain to my bf, and that's it
