Saw a documentary in Discovery channel about this...It is a mile's high(1.6 km).It is so big that it can fit bungalows in it and it will also have farms in there too! It is capable of fitting 250,000 people(about the population of the whole of Subang Jaya).It will be built in Shanghai,next to Shanghai tower and Financial Centre>refer in the second pic
