So easy of you to say lane marshal no need experience
It sound easy but still need a lot of hard work and team work when comes to this kind of job. Without experience how can a lane marshal know how to handle problem when it happen.
I would prefer those who are already experience as it's no easy to train up and explain everything while working.

This job would be nice for bowlers as you got to see all the states bowler in action which including all the national bowler but if u can't manage to bear with long hour of work as it could be quite boring when there is not much work to do in the early few days

Junior All Star has nothing to do with me as most of the lane marshal are under Pyramid Mega Lanes Junior

i think that's all they can get, max maybe another few more gold oni, but no above 9 liddat

The best is when Malaysia Open where all the oversea bowler participate the event hehehe

Those who actually work with me before as lane marshal would know how crazy we can get due to the long hour working in the alley haha...
