Actually Lrt's main role will be attracting population to come i-City, or letting people who work in Bandar Utama, but more prefer stay in a Studio that come with more privacy, they would use it to access their working place.

Ops thanks for correcting me, btw in real time i walk from i-Residence(Which is completed) to our showroom(which estimated where the LRT will located) is not a burden for me but when turn around then come the challenge..you need to climb up hill! the distance is around 400m, but not sure what will gonna change when it completed.

It is Loan Rejected Unit, the developer have to wait and confirm there is no more loan pending left, then launch all at one time. It is impossible for developer suddently sale one or two unit at one time...so they kumpul kumpul all then sekali open for sale again. As this is the final sprint to clear all unit, all units come with more attractive package which is RM310k++ for i-Soho(Around 10 unit left) & RM400k++ for i-Suites. Both only need RM1,000 to register a unit.

It will go up, but not so soon before mall and lrt is done, this all about future investment. Btw it just 10 mins from Subang, who work in Subang or PJ but want a lower price studio would came here.

Currently still got people looking to rent over there, but the problem is price...because when they vp, price is 1200 per month, after few months then 1500 per month now...people always greedy mah...cant blame...market? still got one..just see how generous you are lo...haha
when lrt and shopping mall is done, then u huat lo... price would go up to 900psf easily at that time if EST 1 year only 5% increase of Appreciation...

If PSF=710
EST increase 5% P.A.

A=P(1+R)T
A=710(1+0.05)^5
A=906

Plus and Minus some Shopping Mall and LRT Effect, how much would it go?? 1000 PSF?? It is not mission impossible.
