I've ordered a DDR RAM from a guy which i'll remain anonymous for the time being (until he's proven guilty) since last 3rd September.

I've bank-in the money to his Maybank account and since then i receive no reply from him nor do the RAM ever reach me.

What can I do if I'm being fraud in this situation?

Kindly advice...

1 weeks already. just tell his name. i think your money has gone. Move this thread to Trade Zone Dispute Resolution Center.

He's realname is Siva Raj something something (can see his fullname on the Maybank Deposit Machine though)

sometime i always doubt those newbie selling this,
always like tat, ppl c cheap, then order from him, bank in..
then kena tipu..those with their newbie tag on..

hhmm.. just check his name & post. i think his the same guys who got few nick & con some ppl here. his method same . selling cheap RAM & from Johor.

yup agree with you there. no hard feelings to newbie but we just need more extra caution.

can i somehow get the police/bank to get his address and locate him???

u can publish his bank acc#, name, email, hp# here.
gather all the documentations and make a police report.
bring a copy of report to maybank, the officer might help u.

lodge a police report, that is the best thing to do. from there, liaise with the police/bank to see what your best course of action is.

please make sure you lodge the report. you will be helping other forumers from being cheated by the same person again.

i dun think so canla.... coz last time im oso got conned for a mp3 player... after waiting about 2 weeks... went to make report... they just ignore it coz not enough information

what kinda info they required?

The guy has come back to me. He had an accident.

Bad things dun alwiz happen after all.
