QUOTE(yujin86 @ Nov 4 2014, 11:59 AM) btw for i98 plan, the rm40 allocated for call and sms can be use to subscribe rm38/day unlimited data roaming? and how about the data add on for exmaple rm15 for 1gb is it deduct from rm40? or additional 15 on top of rm98? You will have to pay the additional rm15 on top of the rm98 bill..

QUOTE(yusiang @ Nov 4 2014, 04:29 PM) Device Pricing = subsidized price for contracts. I suppose the advance payment will be deducted from the first X months of our phone bills. Just look at the monthly commitment and device pricing to calculate your TCO. You can ignore this 2 rows, "Total Savings" and "iPhone 6 With Celcom First". It just shows you how much you save compared to buying the phone and signing the plans separately. I dont think you should ignore "iPhone 6 With Celcom First" Based on my experience, the amount from Device Pricing deduct the amount from "iPhone 6 With Celcom First" will be divided and rebate into our monthly bill. They call it rebate or something in previous terms n condition. Someone check and correct me if I'm wrong this is so confusing

QUOTE(Drian @ Nov 4 2014, 05:00 PM) ya don't think they're clear with it but the concept is, you don't get that savings immediately ,they'll give you in terms of rebate every month. That is to make sure nobody can get the phone at subsidized price and run away from the contract. Yeah, I agree. Dont ignore any columns, you do get the savings they mentioned. For example iPhone 6 Plus 64gb 24 months contract, Device Pricing: Rm2608 Iphone 6 price with Celcom First: Rm2128 2608-2128 = 480 rebate in your bill for 10/12 months No idea why would they collect more money at the first place but Digi is doing the same this year for plans under EPP but they did a better job at explaining.

QUOTE(Nickysnipe @ Nov 4 2014, 05:27 PM) So that means the actual amount i pay for the phone is showing at iPhone 6 Price with Celcom First? Like that is quite cheap leh if i get iPhone 6 Plus 64GB although i have to pay 3k at the beginning. Yeah, almost similar to Digi which is 2155 for 24-month where Celcom is 2128
