i wanna ask, if i have been using celcom postpaid for a long time, do i still need to pay advance? becos if for maxis user, normally the advance is not needed if i had been using maxis postpaid for few years.

Oh ok.. if i sign up 12months plan, can i go for EPP 24months? Does Celcom epp got any processing fee ?
