Does anyone know what could be the reasons my iPhone 6 does not show 4G, instead it keeps showing 3G only?

The area I am located should be entitled for 4G service, as my friend's iPhone 6 has.

Could it be my SIM card? By the way, my plan is just Broadband Basic RM38 for 1GB/month.

Anyone has any idea pls let me know.

You have to enable 4G from Settings.

Settings>Cellular>Enable 4G

Yes, it is enabled already.

If enabled and still don't have 4G at that area, call 1111 and ask them to check your 4G profile whether or not it is activated.

OK, thanks for the suggestions.

Yupe, just called 1111, need to check and change sim card in service center. Just spent RM5 to get nano sim now need to change again. vmad.gif

Anyway, Celcom people said 4G free until 31 Dec 2014 only.
