Device Pricing: Rm2608
Iphone 6 price with Celcom First: Rm2128

2608-2128 = 480 rebate in your bill for 10/12 months

No idea why would they collect more money at the first place but Digi is doing the same this year for plans under EPP but they did a better job at explaining.

Did u notice at the "Your Advantages with Celcom First" table, the value of "Celcom First Rebate to be paid over 10 months (RM)" are not match with the value of "Advance Bill Payment* (RM)"

Advance bill payment covers first few bills until the RM150 used up right?

So for RM98 plan and iPhone6 64GB, monthly rebate is RM22 so the first bill is RM81 (including tax, assuming no call/sms/mms overcharge), then I no need to pay for the first bill. Then leftover RM69 carried forward to the second month's bill. Is it like that?
