hello i just received call from celcom kuching saying that my iphone cannot register with package so i need to pay rm3188. ridiculous. anyone here buy celcom iphone with package?

anyone here that facing problem not able to get internet connection even with full bar 3g line using celcom?

Which branch did u put on waiting list? And type of iphone? Impossible they dont wan to earn your monthly fees.

FYI, there is another plan, RM128 monthly commitment but device price is RM1228 (IP6) and RM1558 (IP6+).

Lucky I went to Klang BlueCube and they have 128 monthly commitment but only last unit IP6+ left. So, I took it give to wife. AFter that, I went to Sunway Iconic Bluecube and they have IP6 in stock. I wanted RM128 monthly commitment and they said they dont have. The sales person so confident they dont have the package until I showed them the proof I subscribed from Klang branch. Then only they give me RM128 monthly commitment.

cannot understand why they want to hide something like this, what benefit they get?

I have no idea ... It probably mis communication between staffs but I didnt like her attitude. She should ask colleagues instead showing her confidence.

Im from kuching too. Ive made my booking last 2 weeks at the spring and jalan tun jugah bluecude. But still no news from them. So i wan to know which branch did u made your purchase?

So today I went to bluecube at shaftsbury cyberjaya and alamanda, both no stock for ip6+ but the lady at shaftsbury said they'll restock by next week, only for 16gb gold and grey tho. not sure bout alamanda, i forgot to ask

Oh I purchased from celcom boulevard.i feel really weird they have stock while everywhere else out of stock. Beware if they ask u to buy phone only n cannot register package

Can I know, for celcom first prime 78 plan.. If I use up the 2.05gb data, wat will it be? Is it I can't use data or it will slow down my speed or it will charge as per my usage after the 2.05gb? I received a sms as below:

Depending on your plan but if Celcom First, you cant use data at all.

You have to subscribe 1GB for RM15 but I got mine free for first 1GB after monthly bandwidth finish.

Mine is celcom First Prime plan.. As informed by the sales ppl in celcom xclusive, he told me I can't use data at all.. So mean it won't charge me extra since I can't connect to data unless I subscribe for additional mobile internet as u said. The sms sent by celcom is confusing..
I wonder which forummer experience the exceed data quota so far since this is my 1st month using celcom.. ( how they stop the data usage? Is it no 4G, no 3G, no E, no GPRS next to the Celcom even I turn on my data at setting?) As now all/90% of telco r giving unlimited data with slow down speed after quota..
