not sure if cruiser is a beginner friendly bike but modenas vulcan s should fit your budget..

Traditional cruisers are quite limiting. Forward foot pegs never worked for me ...too much weight on my bum..and coupled with short suspension travel, makes for an uncomfortable ride on anything but the smoothest of roads.

i guess it has typical benelli/qjmotor quirk.. offer brembo but bike itself feels meh/not reliable

502c is more of a cruiser
