Last week , on 31 Aug 2006 , i open my first post to sell a minor faulty mobo at LYN.

I didn know about the minor faulty board can sell for how much, so i just let ppl offer the best price. I don't have stuff to test on it since i am using laptop. I just study in KL.

After wait for sometimes, there are few forumer interested on my mainboard.

The story goes like this.......

First buyer had PM me and offer me for RM 20.

Second buyer also offer for RM 20 but he want include shipping to Kedah.

Third buyer also contact me for RM 30.
I quite OK with this deal. So i told him that i not sure the mobo can use or cannot use. I agree to let him TEST before he pay.
Several PM have send out to tell my exact location. And i will wait for him to COD with me.

After sometimes, a fourth buyer PM me and offer for RM 30 also. But i told him that i reserved the board for the Third buyer.

Hence i put a reply at my post saying that item reserved

On Friday nite, 2 Sep 2006, fourth buyer added me in MSN.
And we have chat for sometimes, i know him very interested to buy my mobo.

He offer me for RM 30 if mobo cannot use,
but if mobo can use he will pay me another RM30.
Mean total is RM 30 + RM 30 if the mobo can use.

It mean he will pay me RM 30 on COD, after he TEST it OK, he will pay me another RM 30.

By the way, i had contact the third buyer and told him the truth, and he agree to cancel the deal with me. He is very considerate person.

So, on saturday 2 sep 2006, i just went Kelana Jaya LRT station to COD with him.

On the spot , he pay me for RM 30. and he tell me that on the following monday ( 4 sep 2006 ) he will give me the result of functionality of the board.

Hence, i just wait untill monday, I saw him online in MSN, i just ask him whether he got TEST the board or not. He just say give him sometimes as he had final exam .

I try to send him message in MSN when he online, but seem no reply at all.
He try to ignore my message.

I just want to know the result of functionality of the board.

If the mobo cannot use i only get RM 30, but if the mobo can use i will get another RM 30. As a result i get RM 60.

Did i get con , since he ignore my message and PM.
And don't even let me know the answer ???

Should I complain ? Anybody can help me ???

Aren't you in the wrong as well. You promised the third buyer that you will sell the thing to him then you sell it to the forth buyer.

lol. you ffk the third buyer and the forth buyer conned you. You should be lucky if the third buyer didn't complain about you.

And.. may I know, what happened to the third seller?
Don't consider your money flew away. Since it was the price you were willing to let it go in the first place anyway.

Furthermore it's only less than two weeks time since you sold your board. Givve the fella some time to reply to you. He can just tell you that the board isn't working, right? And don't need to pay you the 30ringgit, even when the board works at his side. It'll be up to his personal ethics then, unlucky for you.

frankly, if it were me, i would have collected rm60 from the fella first, and if really kenot work, then will refund the rm30...

bad conduct by you. first, you must ensure that the mobo condition. fault or not. you can't let ppl test first then pay. if he didn't pay, it is your own mistake. careless.

If u really desperate for the extra rm30, just test the mobo whether it is in fully working condition.
shouldn't let the buyer test and decide whether it is in working condition or not?
who knows what happen if the stuff is on the buyer side? Only god knows.
no offence to the buyer but just to advise the seller test the stuff before selling it out.

I DIDN CON OR FOOL AROUND THIRD BUYER, I HAVE TOLD HIM THE TRUTH. WE HAD A LONG CONVERSATION IN MSN.

I GOT RECORD ALL MY MSN CHAT LOG BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH BUYER.

Seller shud test out in order to earn more profit outta it.. LAzy then the RM30 shud be enuff for you..

Well, if the mobo work will the buyer tell him honestly? In the end he will also ended up refunding RM30. Are there any differences? Gain RM0.05 interest in the bank of the extra RM30 for 3 days?

ensure 1st the condition.. or not.. for me, just put faulty... and rm40.. if the buyer lucky.. the mobo can use... if not.. u not that rugi.. huuhh

He can ask the buyer to show him if it's faulty.. Impossible the buyer go damage the motherboard just for the RM30.. Now the buyer MIa.. RM 30 bye bye..

That day got a fellow in LYN contact me, he told me that he can repair HDD, MONITOR, MOBO etc.

When i described about my mobo problem , he said that the mobo actually can repair. Mean just change the faulty RJ 45 port, then can use oledi.

But it is too late, i oledi sold the mobo. .......

since it it too late already, why u still want to complain?

If not everybody can con, then sure will create havoc in LYN oledi.
