QUOTE(cracksys @ Aug 12 2015, 10:54 AM) basically a cheap deck where your cheap strategy is to keep summoning cheap minion for you to take cheap shot every single turn. Yeah notice that it requires Leeroy....any alternative to that? Also what are the other hero type deck is worth investing? I'm currently winning with my shaman, hunter & sometimes warlock zoo deck. I suck badly with rogue/warrior/priest decks.... |

QUOTE(doodler @ Aug 12 2015, 01:29 PM) the term "face" refers to the gameplay that focuses on attacking enemy's hero on the face, as opposed to say killing their minion first to gain board control. face hunter uses low cost minions to atk enemy's hero before the enemy can summon big minion. Did try out the face deck seems I do not have the skill for it, so far playing it lost 3 times already....lost due to spell deck which wipes overall cards....lost to taunts which I fail in mulligan an owl.....and mech decks... |

QUOTE(Coisox @ Oct 23 2015, 10:59 AM) I'm not so good but here's my 2 cent. If you dont have expensive card, build you deck for low mana curve. Try to win before round 7. Because most good legends are >6 drop. Of course you can't target 70% winrate. But 60% is good enough to reach rank 10. QUOTE(doodleman @ Oct 23 2015, 01:07 PM) if u r already using top tier decks but still cant climb consistently, only reason i can think of is you are still inexperience in trading and playing your turns. Thanks that's really a good insight on things, yes I tried using face hunter / legend decks but seems I'm not very good in tradeoff or its just pure luck that I suck in mulligans and the cards that I want never show up while sometimes the cards I doesn't want it shows up.what do i mean? well, knowing your match ups well is key. For instance, you dont want to play muster for battle on turn 3 against druid, cos you play into swipe. You have to anticipate drboom on turn 7 from opponent when u playing ur turn 6. Think worst case scenarios that could happen and how u could deal with it if it does happen. Watch more pro's streams and study how they play and trade. Decks like handlock requires alot of experience to play and is considered an advanced deck for advanced players. Even face hunter requires some skills even though most will not agree. Yes, the turns are very straight forward sometimes but u should know when to flood board, how to conserve minions, when to burst, when to trade/face, or else u lose tempo and run out of juice. Learn from your mistakes and understand why u lost a game, how could u have done it differently to prevent the defeat, etc.... in short, u need more experience. Using top tier decks doesnt mean insta win if you play without strategy. Mulligan phase is especially important. Knowing what to keep and what to fish for is key for different match ups. I do get pretty good win rate from time to time but sometimes I do get unlucky and I fall back between ranks. |

The best I can go is rank 12.
Then I start losing and winning and losing so its still hovering between rank 12. Tried my face hunter deck, my secret pally deck, my midrange druid deck sometimes win sometimes lose can't get any better than rank 12. With my secret pally, I encounter face hunter....couldn't counter much if I didn't mulligan correctly and lose big time. I switch to my face hunter deck and then I encounter mech mage and got wiped.... Frustrated, I change to secret pally again and I encounter oil rogue/mid range druid... Wow talk about RNG and luck. I guess my skill is still not up to par. |

QUOTE(verx @ Oct 26 2015, 04:02 PM) All the decks u listed are all capable reaching higher ranks. The only reason you're not climbing higher is because you aren't making the right plays. Add me at verx#6440, maybe I can help you with some tips. Thank you buddy for your kind assistance. Will add you tonight after work. Mine is Kerry#1463 I do agree those decks are capable of reaching high ranks. In fact I've been reading articles and trying it out but seems opponent outsmart me in every turn or its just me plain bad luck. |
