They need to know these to calculate and provide scientific/computer proof of whether a picture is doctored or not.

I don't care how good a photoshop user is. You cannot use the opinion of a photoshop expert to make a case in the court of law whether a picture is authentic or forged.

The problem with most photoshop users or people like you who have no clue about image processing and computer graphics algorithms, your arguments are based on user skills and experience, which is total bunk and cannot be admitted as evidence to prove/disprove in the court of law.

You're still using tools developed by programmers with computer graphics algorithm backgrounds, who used algorithms derived from experts/mathematicians. These are the people that would need to testify as to the authenticity of a photo with a proven and scientifically sound and proven algorithm model.


If we try to use your argument in court to justify your case, your arguments will be completely destroyed and obliterated by the other side because you cannot produce the algorithmic and scientific models to argue and prove your case.

If he holds a press conference, he will be GRILLED with questions such as


1. If the pictures are doctored, why have you not reported to police?

2. Why have you not provided evidence of ALTERNATIVE angles that was used for the forgery ?



Photoshop experts cannot forge something without an existing material, mainly alternative angle shots elsewhere.

See from this case, we can conclude that Zairil has an integrity issue.

After messing up the pictures scandal issue, he resorted to lying his way out, like a true blue scummy politician.

He and Dyana thinks people are stupid, not to be able to see through their blunder.

Those who are pro BN/UMNO will stick firmly to believing the pics are real and not doctored.

What they forgot is the more neutral and intelligent bunch who can reason with sound reason.

I consider myself a pro-DAP and pro-Opposition guy because I can confirm with you 100 percent I voted for DAP and PAS in the last election.

The pictures, to me, are considered genuine based on the reasons I've made known in my posts.

You simply cannot photoshop so many perfect angles because the odds of finding those perfect shots elsewhere are so slim.

That's why I insist they clear their name by providing the alternative angle shots but the way they keep making up lies about these photographs being done by experts and insulting the intelligence of the technical community at large is going way too far.


It shows me that these politicians are willing to lie and cheat their way out of anything, be they from DAP/Opposition or BN/Umno.

For those who genuinely support DAP, you cannot stay silent and allow such things to happen.

Those truly concerned about their camp/party must make the effort to expel and excise these sort of candidates with questionable integrity.


If you want Malay candidates for DAP you need to do better than the current existing ones being 'marketed' to that public.



The press should go ahead and grill these 2 to provide evidence of the alternative angle selfies that 'forgers' used to make this so called 'forgery' they claimed.

In this case Dyana and Zairil lied to the public who supported them. They lied about the pictures being forgeries when Zairil blundered his facebook privacy settings.

If you allow such things to happen in the party you support, it will eventually grow into a big cancer just like BN/UMNO.

Genuine true supporters, in the same sense of RPK's pov will condemn even the opposition.

DAP as a party has deteriorated ever since Lim Guan Eng took over.. Basically the Lim family has condemned the party to such a state.

No doubt they still command respectable voter base, but overall quality of voters has dropped.
