The tag don't give much impact to the buyer.

For example juzsell, got the tag but still have buyers willing to take the risk & deal with him.

Even have buyer do not know his history & simply deal with him due to attractive price offered. But once kena ffk is too late already.

I observed here more than half of the victim do not check the seller history or make a simple google on the seller' info. Buyer only search seller's info after they kena scammed.
