QUOTE(gc68 @ Jun 7 2021, 10:24 AM) Hi, I have a 11 year old Panasonic plasma TV model TH-P50V20K. From a few of youtube videos, this is caused by bad ribbon connectors. Some suggests to clean it up, some suggests to push the connectors to ensure tight contact.. whatever it is, it's a hassle to open up the tv..This past few months I am having some issue - the TV turns off and then turns on by itself. I sent to back to Panasonic for repairs, the replace one of the circuit boards, came back still have the same problem! What could be the problem and how do I fix it ? |

QUOTE(Kyusuke_FD3S @ Sep 7 2021, 10:52 PM) It's about technology. Old tv use old technology. That's why it's jerky. I got 2 panasonic lcd at home. 1 new and 1 old. The new tv, the interface is fast and smooth. Easy to open youtube window. The old panasonic tv, when opening youtube or any other apps, I got to be patient a bit each time I pressed a remote button. |

QUOTE(dickybird @ Sep 23 2021, 09:57 PM) Actually, I had the same issue with my old tv, long time ago. After that, tm upgraded my unifi speed from 5Mbps to 100Mbps (unifi upgraded the speed for all users in malaysia for free at that time). The gui is still slow as usual in my old tv, but youtube playback is fine now, after the speed upgrade. dickybird liked this post
