Pity Panasonic thread.. have to go page 4 to get it. Hope the new transparent TV will bring this thread active again.

Do we have a separate OLED thread?

Cant wait for its price to stabilize...looks like we are gonna have healthy competition between Sony, LG and Pana

My Pana TV is acting up. Sometimes when I turned off the power supply from the power outlet, and turn it back on, there is no power. Sometimes there will be power...

Anyone encountered this? Is this a power supply issue?

Looks like the switch is acting up, call for warranty

No more warranty... sad.gif How much does the switch cause? Which "switch" btw?
*
From your explanation above, it seems your TV ON/OFF switch, right. If you have shouldering iron and know how to open it up, you can DIY, else better to send to a technician

Should try call for Panasonic to check first...
May be can repair...

My plasma got vertical line recently...
Is Oled really better than plasma??
*
My plasma Vseries still going like energizer bunny...lol

Oled is still kinda expensive for 65in...waiting for the price to drop further.

If you want to repair, you could ask a guy here in LYN who does the repair work...i have seen many had asked for tv repairs

sorry bro no idea. moment it say's oem lost interest there.

But, most of the brands nowadays they dont manufacture parts A to Z. Many of these parts are manufactured by 3rd party (OEM). The Brand Maker provides the technology and the methodology they designed for these TVs.

Thats the era we are in now, unlike 10 years ago...most of the components was manufactured by the brand maker themselves
