I have a UNIT of this model bought at RM4K with 3 years warranty.

Decent PQ in Astro but you need to calibrate it.

Not HDR panel. No 3D support.

guys is it possible to find a pdf version of the user manual for plasma 65ST60?

i seems to have lost my hard copy.

or if anyone can answer this -

the S/PDIF out - if i got 5.1 sound coming in from the HDMI, can the 5.1 sound pass thru to the optical out so i can use this at my receiver end?

example -
media player box -------hdmi with 5.1 ----->TV------optical out 5.1----->receiver

Hello, I have a Panasonic TV. P50XT50K model. Recently, it is broken - it has no power. I called Panasonic and they said it's a power supply problem and they are charging me 500-600 to fix it on the spot for me, i.e. changing the power supply board. Is this worth it?

Any 3rd party fixer that you can introduce that can fix it for less than RM300?

Sometimes, they charge very expensive for this kind of repair.
But nowadays, there is not much 3rd party fixer... as TV has become cheap enough that it is not wort it to fix it. People rather buy new one.

If you are still in love with your plasma TV, RM600 is not that expensive. Besides...plasma picture quality is legendary biggrin.gif

But if you want to adopt new technology with all the HDR and super bring LED, then just buy new one.

Ya, I agree with your statement. TVs nowadays are just too cheap, that's why I am only looking at around RM300 fixing fee. I guess it is not possible, huh? sad.gif

Btw, I was told by Panasonic that this model has a glass panel and is a good model. Again, unsure of that. tongue.gif

Hi guys,

I have a problem here. After testing phone it blaster with my TV and DVD HT, my remote for both TV and DVD not working. How to restore back so I can use standard remote with TV. Battery still new. Using phone remote OK.

Problem solved. I remove batteries for a while and put it back.

hi,

anybody bought the latest EX600 series (with HDR)? is it good?

Interested in 55EX600 (around RM3.4k in Lazada). is it worth buying? currently using 49DX650, feels quite small and want to upgrade to 55"

appreciate your input. thanks icon_question.gif
