There's a clearance sale for Pana TH-50hx655k at RM1000.00, it's an old model from 2020, but worth for just simple viewing at home? Thanks.

Between 65" MX800k and MX650K, is there much diff in specs?
Few shops selling MX650K under 3K, quite tempting.

As far as I know, the main difference is the lcd panel between the two model. The MX800K should be brighter than the MX650K.

If I'm not mistaken, they are OEM from TCL. Maybe that's why people will rather get TCL than paying Panasonic "tax".

Panasonic tv std warranty is 2 years. So 2 + 3 years..

Pay extra to get addtional 3 years warranty.
Suggest to get for panasonic extended warranty and 1st year covers all risk, including lighting etc.
