this condo so many Auction unit, and the rental price very worst, i saw Iproperty a lot only rent for Rm 1400 for studio unit. and a lot unit is still advertise for rental, i think better dont buy this condo

the Iproperty Advertisement for rent have 495 Advertisement, This Condo even u buy cheap also difficult to rent out. too many unit waiting for rent.
