Fully booked because spent half a year in cheque collection. Lolx. Some more not less than 5 agencies hard core promoting it everyday.
Sure many people kena bluff to place their cheques.

If you are newbie in property investment and lazy home buyer, sure KEna trap ..

Pls spend at least 1 week to check the developer previous project, mrt3 time taken, confirmation and completion date, kl metropolis background and long long story ...etc.... before buy this

Anyway, rewards come from homework. Lazy then... jialat

This project so perfect, located at kl metropolis, one of the tallest building in malaysia will be here, plus mrt3 , mont kiara prime location, good developer and workmanship.

Yup, agree. Those already placed your cheque, quickly pull out from agents, they are dishonest. If they not allow you to do that, take their photos, post at here, list out all their information here.

So many agents in the market. Some collecting cheque 15k some 10k 5k only... but get the same type of unit.
Poor developer management create such lauzy marketing strategy to promote their products.
