This project really good to invest.
Estimate at least ROI 101% within 2yrs.
Hopefully this kind of bbb mode continue to 2020

The main concern should be high density and residential quality, most of the units are not under HDA also except tower2 duplex units.
Noticed that not many really " affordable "buyers in this project and mostly are newbies, youngsters, agency agents who plan to flip or dreaming on good rental yields.

Many agents who got their units earlier in much cheaper prices than buyers outside...Lol. Let's see how are they going to compete with each other after vp ed. Who will be the loser in rental and subsale market. Obviously. ..lol

Want suicide also choose a better place lar. Lol

Within that 12 yrs, many taikors here can use the same amount to accumulate more and more properties instead of invest in only one which need holding power of 12yrs to see its value.

Somemore high rise resi not for long term. ..always hits maximum value within 5yrs after vped and start depreciate. ......

Projects with many buyers come from agents will have many lelong units. Used to see it in the market.
