Those just 1 master room at d top r pretenders... Bonafide duplexes r v rare in MK.

advise many ppl dont buy arte series.. but they like to listen to sweettalk of agents

But if one goes to the site and look at the condo closer, its not that bad actually.

It looks like Pigeon Hole on the Facade. This kind of price at this kind of location, its a let down actually

characteristics of duplex are
1. each floor/storey has dedicated entry door, meaning you can enter your lower or upper floor from outside.
2. each floor is considered a full storey.
3. each floor is considerable same ceiling height.

otherwise in my book, there are loft units.

If they paint in black most likely there won’t be glass cladding anymore

Just bolt on only lor... it's all just an illusion... hope they don't use d flammable stuff (but they prolly will ...

I think it is better not to install it around the building, if you are unlucky, your view might be blocked partially

And the height is only 40% completed, still have 60% to go. Just curious how are they going to install the steel to the top and is it strong enough to withhold the strong wind??

Dont think there will be glass cladding...else it will be a nightmare to clean all the glass with the decorative steels wrapping around it
