Right now only wangsa walk has cinema ( TGV ) , but AEON AU2 is currently build another cinema..going to completed soon,about 95% progress..

Is the location nearby to the low cost flats? Sometimes I used the road to go to wangsa maju but didn't really pay attention to the surrounding.

Taikor, my view 600 units broke into 4 blocks will be good density but depends on the maintenance cost thoiugh. My noy reservation is the surrounding area. Not really that attractive but if price is around 400 to 500'psf then it will change landscape altogether..my 1 cent.

More like keramat AU area, therefore the developer should offer something unique to match other new developments nearby, which mostly are much nearer to LRT and nicer surroundings. We shall wait and see...

I guess we can only speculate now and only when we see the renderings we would know for sure! In my view , Area wise section 10 is far better location than this.
