There's nothing to worry about bro. Its caused by samsung increasing the brightness to crazy levels whenever you have auto brightness and the software increases the brightness to the max. Its so bright that all the icons look overexposed and washed out. Either samsung reduces the max brightness level or some kernel dev give us something to play with.

Basically,NOTHING to worry about. I would only worry if there was someone with a note 4 which doesn't do that at auto brightness outdoors when the sun is up....
