Yesterday I spoke to a Maxis cso who claimed that the problem was not limited to Maxis only but it was the MNP system itself. He claimed that other telcos are having the same problem with porting out or porting in due to the system. He also claimed that there is still a chance for MNP to work as some had managed to get their applications through despite this problem period. Has anyone from other telco porting out faced a problem with MNP this past month?

It`s time to factory reset.

i reboot my phone twice today but I didnt experience anything like that. all my apps still in the folder and even my wallpaper didnt change.

No need to factory reset, it's because i assumed that you are using the + sign in the folder to add the apps in, don't use that, it is only usable when the time you created that folder, after the folder has been created, any apps you added in using that + sign will not stick, all you have to do is to press on the Menu and choose Edit, then drag those apps into those preferred folders, problem solved. let me know if this works. cuz it worked for me and the other member in the forum. 

so you are referring to the folders in apps drawer? and for the wallpaper, what methods are you using to change? i got no problem doing that.
