How reliable and dependable Samsung Account sync, especially S Notes and Scrapbook? Is it like Evernote-like good or good-luck-with-that good?

Thinking of investing my notes in both S Note and Scrapbook, and save some monies rather than go to Evernote Premium.

Edit: Already bought in-app purchases in Papyrus though previously. I liked its smoothness when writing. However, I requested for refund on Sync, because it lacks of options.

Agreed on the point that notes should be as portable as possible. I certainly don't want my notes stuck in a single bag.

With that kind of bumpers you don't need much protection though. In fact, nothing can protect that bumpers.
