Well, if you think of it, walking distance is really quite subjective.

I have friends who wakes up everyday at 6am and run 10km. To them, 5km to MRT, definitely walking distance.

I think the most possible location is the nursery next to Grand saga highway i see some land clearing there... 'walking distance' from Mrt

I think this property is not on that side of the road, it's the opposite side. It's on the Rakan something. Nevertheless, quite far from MRT.

Nope, we have total 400++units each block, 2 blocks. Some more we are not allowed to advertise in any kind of printed materials at this moment. I have no say about what I saw & read about the so called 270K, but it really makes me feel this kind of "marketing way" eg in front of bank, Pasar roadside, a bit cheaps cake loh... Sorry no offence. Can't they think a better way instead of these? Come on we are not selling or trade products leh, but we care of people hopes & dreams. We want our buyers feel proud of what they own because we know that perhaps this is the only one they are going to have for the entire life...
