Free Short Call
• Free first 10 seconds for all calls within Celcom network. Any call beyond 10 seconds will be charged at normal rate of 33sen/10minutes. For example:
• 10 seconds call within Celcom network shall be Free of charge
• 30 seconds call within Celcom network shall be considered as chargeable call and shall be charged as per the normal charging rate
• For first 10 seconds calls made to other networks shall be charged as per normal charging rate
• Customer need to have a minimum airtime credit balance of 33sen in order to enjoy the free first 10 seconds call.

Free Internet
• Free Internet is limited to 10 minutes per session with maximum 3 session on daily basis.
• Customer may redeem the free Internet at any point of time on daily basis.
• Free Internet is valid upon successful redemption.
• Customer shall redeem the free Internet by sending <IOXNET> to 28882 or dialing *118#
• Customer will receive below notifications:
• SMS notification upon successful redemption to enjoy the benefit
• SMS notification upon expiry of the service
• SMS notification upon exceeded 3 redemption in daily basis
• Customer can check available session balance by sending <MAXNET> to 28882 or dialing *118#
• For customer with active Internet plan subscription, the subscription will be resume upon expiry of the 10 minutes session. However, for customer without any Internet plan subscription, they will be charge data pay-per-use of 50sen/50kb upon continuing browsing after the expiry of 10 minutes session

all sim came in mini size but i can cut it micro size for u at no extra cost. u can also go replace it for original micro sim for FOC in celcom centre.
better buy a new sim koz currently u can sell ur C1M sim for rm80.
but if u insist want to convert, simply send sms MIG IOXXPAX to 28882 if not mistaken, but it will deduct RM5 or maybe more from your credit.
Think carefully bro.
But then hor, IOX is a very very good plan!

celcom only take about 2 hours. all is depends on ur current telco. if they fast, then can kaotim in less than 4 hours.
