Maxis just wants to check if your number eligible for new Iphone purchase, example those still with 18 months or more iPhone contract are not eligible or non iPhone contract. Biggest problem with maxis now is the maxis one plan sucks, suck money with limited data. May just take data plan and get a outright phone, maxis always no stock nowadays.

I just bought a Spigen Capsule clear for iPhone 6 plus usd15 from Aliexpress. Cheapest that I can get so far.

OEM means original equipment manufacturer, do you mean it is replica? I read the comments from the seller's customers, they checks at Spigen website it is original. Anyway will check the quality and may complain to refund if it is not original.

My wife ip5 same, after got battery replacement program from Apple the ip5 can last more than a day.

So far I haven't read any news from Apple about the wave of iPhone launch in Malaysia. Really worry about the stock availability in Malaysia. Imagine last year when 5s already no stock for 2 months, not sure how bad the stock will look like for Maxis, buying online maybe a good choice.

What I mean buy online from Maxis, if that's preferred telco. I am sure Apple Store online can deliver fast enough, even distributor like Switch get from them. At least Switch does take payment and buy for us, Maxis won't take payment/deposit at their center, which means all you have to do is keep on visit them to ask for stock, I had bad experience when buying HTC One, Note 3 and 5s. So buying online from Maxis maybe a better choice even though everyone would pretty to get from maxis center.

Even if we were to buy at Maxis center, they claim if the unit got scratches, Maxis won't change for you as well, very lousy service on that. That's what I being told when I bought 2 iPhone 5 last time, that time iPhone 5 famous for scratches out of box.

How much it cost you and where you get it?

I sign up with Maxis iValue plan since 3GS, 4, 4S, 5. I am 100% sure they have 1 year plan for iValue as this is what I used to sign. It used to have RM600 discount for 1 year iValue plan for iPhone, they have reduced to RM450 now. 2 years even worse around RM750(RM300 more than 1 year plan). Bad thing about iValue plan is if you want to top up 1GB data will cost you RM48 while surfmore 50, top up 1GB is RM15! Any non-net sms like Digi, celcom will cost you 0.10 cent on top your month RM100 plan. If these 2 disadvantage doesn't affect you, the call plan is really enough for normal user to call as you want as 1000 minutes given to maxis to maxis. I will not switch plan for sure as Penang has LTE since 1-1-2014. Living in LTE is like you will never want to goto normal 1-2Mbps 3G. I use to get 10-20Mbps most of the time in Penang Island. I haven't seen Digi & Celcom have LTE in Penang yet.

Similar to my plan now but I will go for my Biz68 plan and iPhone 6 plus

Jailbreak it when the Cydia stable maybe another week or 2, I am very sure you won't get bored, plenty of tweaks to improve your phone performance and experience.

If you do jailbreak it one day, use virtual home tweak, no need to press just 'touch' home button as the tweak simulate touch as press. That's what I have for the past 10months+. I will definitely prolong your touch id life span and less pressure to your finger.
