If you know how to calculate, definitely 1 plan always the great choice Just my opinion my usage is very very low. I can live with ivalue simple RM50 a month. the RM28 extra equal to RM 336 in 12 months. So if the price of iphone that i buy without contract and with maxis differs below than that, you're actually paying more for the phone. |

I was Maxis users for around 10 years.
I had one nice/surprise experience when I went to Machines to buy 5s.
After purchasing, I was shocked that 5s sim card is smaller. Nevertheless, walked over to Maxis and queued.
Finally it was my turn, the lady proceeded to process my new sim card. Then I asked her how much, she said no charges for me, since I've been with Maxis for 10 years.
I was expecting RM25 or RM50 payment.There was once, I was charged when my sim card was broken.
So this time around when they waived it I took it as a good gesture from them, albeit the small amount.
As a conclusion, Maxis is not that bad, but perhaps they have plenty more rooms for improvement.

Forget about Apple Leather case.
Using one for my 5s, it got dirty within days and after 10 months, its damn dirty.
Tried cleaning up, but really it can't be cleaned up.

Why bother the promoter?
How many times you go to buy things and how often u ended up with promoter that doesn't seems to know anything and in some cases you'll need to teach him/her something that he should know!
For example, camera, IT stuffs, phones, etc.

Ok, i panicked and paid my bill (pfft) and called maxis.
CS said its system glitch bla bla and please ignore the mail.
So I asked, will we get apology email or another confirmation email.
He said no apology email (meh) but a pre-reg email will be sent before 31st Oct.
You may call and check it yourself if you want.
