Does your battery lasts you the whole day without charges in between? Say some surfing, whatsapp, some calls and occasionally some games?

Both the 6 and 6+ will definately last you a day's usage with your said of usage. Mine comes to average 1 1/2 days, even with the 6 if no gaming is involved.

Then maybe I'll be ok with the 6. My iPhone 5 previously would be dead by 2pm everyday (unplug from charging at about 6am)...

Curious about this too. I don't feel it's an upgrade though, more like a switch in platform.

From all the reviews I've read the conclusion is Apple has yet to refine the phablet experience, which is understandable, as this is their first try. And if the price of the 6 plus breaches RM3k for the 64GB version (which is almost certain), then the question is would we pay to be part of the experiment. All this seems to be pointing me towards the 6, but as a Note 3 owner, I would  miss the screen size, and I'm pretty sure the battery life won't be as great.

what i feel like the ip6+ is their market tester imho.

Those who gets it is like white mice lol.

If they are really keen to commit into this platform they would provide a different spec to cater 1080p resolution

The only aspect of the ip6+ ( 64gb)  that impress me its is insanely great battery life, I had been using it as my main phone past 8 days. I had put aside my Androids just to test it fully
Functionality wise it can never match any of my previous Androids - eg LG G Pro2, Oppo Find 7, and current Note4
iPhone smoothness - i find previous ip5 is still has an edge of it. My ip6+ on 8.02 was slightly laggy but this had improved on 8.1
Apps incompatibility with the bigger display is still there but I believe is only a minor issue as most developers would had upgraded their apps over time. Many users complain about Whatsapp but I am perfectly comfortable with its font sizing

Examples :
- file access n file sharing out to n fro from external thumb drives n ext sdcard. You need iTunes to manage files on phones. Versatility n flexibility loses greatly to Android OS. Jailbreak improve this slightly n not a complete solution as tested before with ip5
- sharing of info is very limited from browser, newsreader, Facebook n Tweeter. IOS 8.1 only some minor improvement only
- email cannot attach other file types eg zip, pdf, office files besides photo n video. Backdoor way is unproductive especially if you need attach multi attachment
- checking image size n properties not possible from photo app. I need to use another app just for that
These are some common iOS issues that affects my personal usage. Those who don't need these will even be unaware of such iOS disadvantages

Yes, all Verizon iPhones have had a nano SIM card since at least iPhone 5 for the LTE signal which is high speed data transmission. iPhone 6 & 6 plus are able to use the new Voice over LTE (VoLTE) service to make voice calls over the high speed frequency to currently other Verizon phones capable of the same for high definition calls. They will expand that to call phones on other carriers next year. All other phones will cause the iPhone 6 to make the call over the regular 3G band.
