This is the first time telcos are trying to implement an online shopping method, no one gets it perfect the first time.

Even your own company will likely face issues to do a totally unfamiliar project, this gets more complicated when you're doing it on a massive scale.

Don't be surprised when preorder night rolls by and a lot of people can't even log in, while some can. All systems have their capacity limits, and the servers will likely be under heavy load to meet user login requests.

im planning to get a 6+ but yeah surely i am expecting buttery smooth performance from 6+
i guess a slightly stutter wouldnt hurt much as long as apple would optimize the 6+ with further IOS updates
