hi, I bought a project on 2017. And since it is nearly complete I plan to take a sum of money from kwsp (account2) for renovation. And I check online one of the form they needed is DOA if the purchase date more than a year.

Do you have any idea where can I get the DOA from? Or is it come along with the SPA? As all my document currently in hometown so can't check it myself.
