Brick wall calculator ?

Im about to do some diy on my fathers property, going to hire some foreigners and buy materials to do some work, but need assistant on how much stuff to order.

i only want to know how much sand to buy for given amount of brick wall, eg 1m3 etc...

what is the typical formula?
for a 5 feet wall height, how much sand, cement, bricks is required for every feet of wall? with no plaster on either side, i can work out the rest.

i am actually building a raised bed garden, specs are:
-1 feet high using cement bricks align in normal position
-no plaster at all, just cement for holding bricks together
-total about 350 feet long

i can work out how much bricks to order that is easy, just dont know how much sand i need.
cement i think i can work out but if handy please give.

my current understanding is a normal large metal cement mixer (which i dont have access too)
- 1 bag of cement, fill with sand/water can have a max of 4-5 kerata (wheel barrow) loads, each kerata load is about 2 Tong (large plastic oil bucket). each bucket can hold about 20kg of water.
so 1 full cement mixer is about 0.180m3 of cement? does that equate to something like 0.150m of fine sand?
