not sure this is the right place or not, since it related to construction.

Recently im was looking for someone to renovate my apartment, and some how he "ran" away.

long story short, person A ask person B to do plaster ceiling for my apartment, now person B said that person A didn't pay him, and person A disappear for 2 weeks. Person B and i not able to reach him via phone or office.

Now my apartment is half done, but he took bout 90% of the money.

Is there anything i can do? report to police for fraud? or complain anywhere?

can. but u need large amount of money beside u need to get approval from local authority to build such high floor. anyway investment company do this. Like great eastern insurance, 1 of the investment is they build a condo and not selling but renting out and generate income.

if the plot of land is quite small for a bungalow i was thinking of maxing it out without a car porch area.....

yeah. expensive because lot sophisticated work incurred.

yes. can build the ramp to roof if u got money anyway subject to approval. bungalow lot should be fine. u can even build a elevator to bring ur car to rooftop

How they plant those big support structure that is used to build elevated highway? Those big big T shaped thing.

cast by stages lo. not 1 shot complete 1. maybe around 2m to 3m each time they do the formwork and cast the concrete

because the non-bumi lots are some kind of trapezoid shape.
many haven't built yet but the one i saw built went for 3 storeys.

this let the factory to do that bro. our ownself cannot do 1. stainless steel is with the impurity removed that's why it hardly stain. stainless steel also got few grade. commonly used is grade 304. grade 316 is also commonly used but more pricey coz much less impurity inside. so u hardly see rust on 316.

But surely it won't get approved cos it looks weird will 1 88 storey condo/apartment among all the bangalows around. Also the neighbouring bungalows would complain cos the condo will block out part of the sun. Also the road would not be able to support all the traffic of the condo residents.

How much to fence up a 100 x 100 feet bangalow lot using the cheapest material, which I suppose would be chain-link fence. How many feet apart will be support piles need to be ? Can I use iron rods instead of concrete piles as support, as iron rods so much easier and faster to set-up ?
Can I turn my bangalow lot into a vege and/or fruit farm ?

Meaning from the outside the bungalow will look like 3-4 stories, but inside actually 2 stories with high ceiling?
