Warranty: Manufacturer give 2 year, shop give 1 year ( i think )

Age of item: Just used less than 1 year

Item(s) conditions: The flash drive cannot detect by Windows XP

I bought this flash drive from LOW YATT Plaza PC shop
early this year, but now the flash drive got problem, cannot detect by windows XP, seem like spoilt oledi.

I plan to claim warranty from the shop, but the problem is i lost my receipt that i purchase this flash drive. but the serial number still valid right ???

So how can i going to claim warranty if i lost the receipt. ???
Where to find the supplier of SAN DISK ???

Anybody can help me solve this problem.

Just go to their website and see if they have any service centre in Malaysia where you can send the item

Bro, i just went to the website yesterday.

But it the nearest is in Singapore.

i suspect that this flash drive is import from somewhere else.

Can anybody help me to solve the problem ?
