My topic was closed by moderator.. I guess I will start posting here...

300k apartment just walking distance to Kepong Aeon and Aeon Big(last time was carefour)..just across the street.. Based on the mrt2 rumors route map.. one station will build just right in front of this 300k apartment.. i consider the location a strong point for investment..

But back to the topic of property bubble.. Now everyone is like holding back on purchasing property.. because of all the magic trick played by G.. this is the only reason holding me back..

Boss, mrt might not b able to hav a station right in front of the mentioned apmt. Looking at the jln kepong its almost impossible to hav a station there eventhou tis is the best part to do so. Unless the parking area nearby paparich can b converted into the station which is oso quite hard to do so. The best place for station yet nearest to tis part is in front of pbb.

Of cos if u r betting on mrt, 300k is not too high the price. The onli set back is the maintenance of the said building. Isit stil gd??? Or pretty run down???

If the rumors map is accurate, there should be a station in front of the paparich which is the parking area and another in front of pbb..

300k apartment can't expect too much.. But most of the resident is Chinese not foreigner..
might be a little bit better for resale in future..

Sorry if any tai kor own apartment In kepong, siu dai humble view on kepong apartment not so good..
Full with China doll n massage parlour. If u have children try don't buy apartment in kepong area..further down Jalan ipoh or Batu caves area I think is slightly better for same budget..less than 350k I think can get symphony height by hua yang , which I think much better than kepong apartment

Just done some research on symphony height.. 300k for 900+- square feet.. looks good... the environment quite new also.. completed 3 years ago only.. definitely will be in my watchlist.. the only concern.. too close to highway.. might be very noisy/dusty if for own stay in the future..

thanks for the suggestion.. any other good suggestion around 300k in KV..

Recently, our jib gor announced the budget mentioned that mrt2 will start from Selayang - Putrajaya..

PETALING JAYA: The aligment of the second Mass Rapid Transit line 2 (MRT2) has caused confusion among the officials and industry executives in the construction and transportation sector.
In the Budget 2015 unveiled last Friday, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced that the MRT2 project, to cost an estimated RM23bil, would be from Selayang to Putrajaya and work would start next year.

Right after the announcement, SPAD propose to Govt ‘spur line’ (Selayang) for MRT2.. because the initial plan is from sungai buloh depot to putrjaya..

If MRT2 pass by Selayang/Batu Caves.. Symphony Height is definitely a better choice...
