but with mass units vp, high end, low end and coming launches, competition is high and ceiling price is there... unable to offlaod while it is still fresh will eventually locked ur credit longer..

I heard property crash property crash so much here. So I try to pick up 1 unit next year lor for high rise but I dont know what to look at for high rise condo. Need to slowly slowly study first. The pricing, the location, the facing. Buy 1 unit n let my kids own a kl condo in future.......hope bbw not point a dead end road for me......

Latosri, u dont slowly slowly offer higher n higher mah. Now 33k liao...

I heard bbw has worked for 4 firms in legal line. Within such a short span, it is not a good sign to see a young graduates change 4 times in his career. Is it he got problem witg his boss? His colleagues? Or he cannot cope in his 3 previous firms? As a piece of advise, it is not good to your resume if your change too many jobs in short span.

Those pool of bankrupt youngster cant even pay 30k loan. Talk about buying the properties from us??? Kurang kurang also 500k and above, they take what LJ to buy? Our target are not those low quality group.

if no one buy, then good lor. We can rent. Bbw got a pama house to live doesnt mean that others also same fate like u. They need to rent unless they really want to stay under the bridge.

Every single investors hav their own profit objective targets...... Some feels ok to earn 50k-60k for that transaction, some wants to earn 100k-120k on tat transaction, some wants even more...... and many many more factors also influence the decision making, such as purchasing price, financial back ground, or some other external factors and etc.....  whistling.gif
