1/3 of salary just a general rule of thumb for a mortgage loan.. All this while my banker also tell me the same so that she no need to explain so much to me on my qualified loan amount.. Mayb u think look into need of ur partner will have no impact on ur house purchase, but it indirectly will increase/ reduce ur successful rate. U didnt guess it wrong, i really dont think my combine credit with my wife can afford loan amount more than that.. But no need to sad on this part also, bigger house dont guarantee more happiness as that option will need to compromise on other like travel distant, traffic jam, less convenient, etc..

Bro, that is demand for property la.. U go china forum will heard people talk about 1 of the root cause to their high property price was come from in law pressure, because that is the rule before he could marry his woman. The in law only allow they daughter to marry with man that own his house. Many of these chinese are force to buy even at premium price..

Why married man cannot stay in studio.. No need to rob, not commit something illegally ma.. If got money then no need to compromise but the problem is pocket not deep enough.. If die die must buy with the 80% dsr of net salary of course can get those 500-600k.. But no so smart people like me more willing to keep my repayment at below 20% of my pay and spend the rest on other stuff.. Buy big house have big meaning to u but not to me leh..

Dont you see the price has drop about 3.9%? It go up how much is not important anymore.. Bbw great imagination make him confident next year guarantee price drop, all buyers also label as flipper wihtout holding power, die die must sell upon vp.. Make a lot of wild assumption.. Then show how badly property holder burn their own pocket, vp 1mth less than 20% occupancy he see fire sales soon, till now vp over 1 year price uuu to no way still dont want to wake up..
