Russia's central bank has raised its key interest rate to 9.5% from 8% as it seeks to tackle inflation.

Interest rate need not climb in step of 0.25% quarterly.

Developers are making profit from flippers. If flippers profit is assured, developers can take away easily.

Means you don't have proven flipping profit, consistent rental income and not much cash to be considered by your banks to be full time property investor.

If local banks approval process is prudent and fool proof, there won't be alarming rate of bankruptcy from cc, personal loan and car loan.

Believe it need less than 10% of npl in housing loan tip over then property market.
