Bearbear let me teach u, those take undertable 1 usually is a freelance mortgage agent, u pay him to do a nice account for u...they even can create a fake working indentiity for u ( usually in sales line so that no need tele with epf statement) and staff to support...they have a pay slip, income statement and staff to answer the phone if bank call and do the vetting.

This all so call freelance mortage agent actually is not banker, they just someone who help u fake the document.

So please don't talk until bank so corrup, just certain people try to con bank on giving out loan...
